Forsaken Legacy – Game & Discord Rules

To ensure a fair, friendly, and enjoyable experience for everyone, all players and community members must follow these rules. Violating any rule may result in penalties such as warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.

🔹 General Rules (Applies to Both Game & Discord)

  1. Respect Everyone – Treat all players, staff, and community members with kindness and respect. Harassment, racism, sexism, and hate speech will not be tolerated.
  2. No Excessive Toxicity or Drama – Keep the community positive. Excessive trolling, flaming, or causing unnecessary drama is strictly prohibited.
  3. Trashtalking is Allowed in #taunt-hall (Arena Only) – Players can engage in trashtalk, mind games, and banter only in the designated #taunt-hall Discord channel under ARENA. However, excessive personal attacks, real-life threats, or harassment will not be tolerated.
  4. English in Main Channels – To maintain clear communication, use English in public chats, including in-game and Discord general channels. You may use other languages in designated channels.
  5. No Impersonation – Do not impersonate staff members, other players, or well-known community figures.
  6. No Advertising or Self-Promotion – Promoting other servers, websites, or services without permission is not allowed.

    🎮 In-Game Rules

  7. Real Money Trading (RMT) is Allowed, But at Your Own Risk – Forsaken Legacy allows RMT, as we prioritize the in-game economy to ensure that your hard work in leveling and farming has value. However, the Forsaken Legacy Team will not be held responsible for any lost items, scams, or hacking resulting from RMT transactions. Engage in RMT at your own risk.
  8. No Hacking, Exploiting, or Botting – Using cheats, third-party tools, bot programs, macros, or abusing bugs to gain an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden. Report any exploits to the staff immediately.
  9. Fair Gameplay – Do not grief, kill-steal (KS), or abuse game mechanics to disrupt other players' experiences.
  10. Account Security is Your Responsibility – Staff will not recover lost items or accounts due to scams, hacking, or negligence. Use a strong password and avoid sharing your account.
  11. Multiboxing Rules – You may run a maximum of 2 clients per computer/device. However, for PvP and Battlegrounds, only 1 account per device is allowed to ensure fair competition.
  12. Follow Trade & Economy Rules – Avoid price manipulation, scamming, or engaging in unfair trade practices. Report suspicious transactions to the staff.

    💬 Discord Rules

  13. Follow Discord’s Terms of Service – Any violations of Discord's ToS (e.g., sharing NSFW content, illegal activities) will lead to immediate action.
  14. Use Channels Properly – Keep discussions relevant to the designated channels (e.g., do not post memes in support channels).
  15. No Excessive Pings or Spam – Avoid tagging staff unnecessarily and do not flood chat with messages, emojis, or images.
  16. No Offensive Names or Profile Pictures – Keep your username and profile picture appropriate. Inappropriate or offensive content will result in a warning or ban.
  17. Threats Are Forbidden – Any form of threats, including violence or harm against others, is strictly prohibited.
  18. Respect the Discord Community Guidelines – Follow all official Discord rules and policies while in our community.
  19. Do Not Join Voice Chats Without Permission – Always ask before entering an ongoing voice chat. If the participants do not want you there, respect their decision and leave.
  20. Do Not Share Personal Information – Avoid sharing your own or others’ personal details (e.g., phone numbers, addresses, real names) without consent.
  21. No Discussion on Cheating or Exploits – Do not encourage, distribute, or discuss hacking, cheating, or exploiting game mechanics.
  22. No Sharing of Illegal or Pirated Content – Do not share links to pirated games, movies, software, or stolen content. Violating this will lead to an instant ban.
  23. Avoid False or Misleading Information – Ensure that any shared information is factual. Spreading misinformation or rumors can be harmful to the community.
  24. Follow Channel-Specific Guidelines – Each Discord channel serves a purpose. Stick to the designated topic and do not derail conversations.
  25. No Sharing or Distributing Hacks, Cheats, or Unauthorized Tools – Promoting or using cheats, hacks, or automation software is strictly prohibited.
  26. No Sharing or Distributing Viruses or Malicious Software – Sharing files that contain viruses, malware, or harmful content will result in an immediate ban.
  27. No Sharing or Distributing Illegal Drugs or Controlled Substances – Discussions or transactions related to illegal drugs will lead to severe penalties.
  28. No Sharing or Distributing Counterfeit or Fraudulent Items – Selling or promoting fake IDs, forged documents, or fraudulent activities is not allowed.
  29. No Sharing or Distributing Stolen Financial or Banking Information – The sale or sharing of stolen credit card numbers, banking details, or financial fraud will result in a permanent ban.
